Issue: Internet Explorer Shortcuts are missing when you use “Load A Web Page On PC’s”. Other Shortcuts may also be missing.

Fix: Download and install the latest version of the software (version 1.402). It is best to uninstall version 1.401 using the “Uninstall” icon in the “Silicon Slate Software” program group prior to installing the newer version. Both Universal Remote Control and Desktop Players should be updated.

Issue: When you send a web page to the Desktop Players the web page loads but you also get the error: “Windows cannot find [web page url]. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try it again” when using Mozilla Firefox.
